FAQ

How do I book or change an appointment?

You can make or change an appointment through this secure patient portal . Alternatively you can call the office at (226) 774-5888.

Please note, I require 48 hours cancellation notice or a missed appointment fee will be charged.

How much does it cost?

It’s difficult to put a price on health, but I promise to always be upfront an honest with the cost of treatment. Different people need to/or able to/ want to make different investments in their health.

I always work with my patients to make sure they are spending a comfortable amount of money and getting the benefits they need.

Most of my patients report they are happy with the investment they make into their health.

Do you do acupuncture?

Yes! I do it often.

ND’s are some of the best trained in the use of acupuncture. It can help with pain, mood disorders, digestion and more.

Where are you located?

I am currently working out of Valero Wellness in Lakeshore/Tecumseh (We are right on the border).

The address is:

480 Advance Blvd. Unit 200. Lakeshore ON.

Are you going to take away my coffee?

Most definitely not! Coffee is sometimes the reason I get out of bed in the morning.

What we will do is discuss how to best use caffeine and coffee to get the most benefit for you.

Are you available for virtual appointments?

Of course! To help make the lives of my patients easier (and safer for the time being) I do offer virtual appointments. It’s best to discuss if this option is right for you as certain cases may require and in-person appointment.

What conditions do you treat?

I am first and foremost a general practitioner. What this means is I can play a role in most conditions.

However, I have a focus in sports medicine, performance medicine, longevity medicine, Crohn’s disease, Ulcerative Colitis, and cardiovascular disease.

How long will we work together?

It all depends on you, but plan to see each other more often in the beginning as we get a comprehensive plan in place. It may take up to a year to see drastic changes in your health (with little wins along the way of course).

I would love to be a part of your continuing care team, that’s why I have a maintenance section of all of my treatment plans. As a future goal, I would love to see all my patients at least once a year if everything is going well.
